Best Practices

Member Management Tips:

  1. Use the minimum role necessary for each member
  2. Regularly review member access
  3. Remove members who no longer need access
  4. Use Admin role sparingly
  5. Consider creating a shared "CI" API key rather than giving everyone admin access

For most teams:

Organization
├── Owner (1 person - tech lead or founder)
├── Admins (2-3 people - senior engineers)
└── Members (rest of team)

Multiple Organizations

Members can belong to multiple organizations:

  • Use the organization switcher to navigate
  • Each organization has separate roles
  • A user might be Owner of one org and Member of another
