What these conditions cover

These conditions apply when you connect an email provider account to Stamp0. They add to the Stamp0 terms you accept when you create a workspace, and to your agreement with the provider, which stays between you and the provider.

Cloudflare Email Service: transactional email only

Cloudflare Email Service is transactional only. If Cloudflare sees bulk mail it can disable sending for the whole account, including mail you send outside Stamp0.

By connecting a Cloudflare account to Stamp0 you agree to send only transactional email through it, and to follow Cloudflare's own terms and policies for Email Service. Stamp0 refuses campaigns, sequences and batches that look like bulk mail on Cloudflare domains, but you remain responsible for what you send. Cloudflare decides how its policies are enforced; Stamp0 cannot lift a limit Cloudflare places on your account.
