What this notice covers
This notice covers stamp0.com, its docs and its forms. The Stamp0 product has its own terms and data processing terms, which you accept when you create a workspace.
What the website collects
- Analytics. We use Plausible, which counts visits without cookies and without collecting personal data. When Google Tag Manager is enabled, it may load tags that set cookies; we use them only to measure our own marketing.
- Forms. When you join early access or contact us, the details you enter are sent to Formspark, our form processor, and to our inbox. We use them only to reply and to tell you when your workspace is ready.
Where product data lives
Stamp0 splits email data between our systems and your AWS account:
- In your AWS account: email bodies, attachments and raw inbound messages, in an S3 bucket you own. We read them only to show them to you, using short-lived presigned URLs.
- With us: account and billing details, hashed API keys, connection settings, and email metadata: IDs, sender, recipients, subject, status, tags, timestamps and delivery events. If you use marketing email, also your contacts, their properties and list subscriptions, your templates, campaign and sequence content, and signup form settings.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to remove you from the early-access list, at any time by emailing hello@stamp0.com.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change, and change the date above.
