Rotate the ingest token

Dashboard only. Issues a new event-ingest token (shown once). Before verification it also returns a fresh setup_url.

Verify a connection POST

Dashboard only. Checks the stack: assumes the role, reads the outputs, sandbox status and quota. Pass `role_arn` or `account_id`, and `stack_name` when it is not the Quick Create default.

Replace the Cloudflare API token PUT

Dashboard only, Cloudflare connections. Checks the runtime token (every permission it needs, and that it cannot upload a Worker) before it replaces the stored one, then re-verifies the connection. Returns the checklist.
