Dashboard only. Renames the connection or records the role ARN after the stack is created.

Retrieve the sender domain restriction GET

Optional IAM hardening (customer template 1.6.0+): the connection's sending domains and the exact stack update that sets `AllowedSenderDomains` to them, so AWS also denies any send from another domain. Stamp0 checks the sender's identity before every send either way.
