Create a contact POST

Creates a contact (409 when the address exists; use `POST /contacts/batch` to upsert). Resend `segments` and `audience_id` add it to private lists, `topics` set public list preferences, `lists` sets any list. Counts against the plan’s contact limit.

Export contacts as CSV GET

Streams every contact (or a list’s members, or a segment’s matches) as CSV with one column per property.
